"In a panic, I double booked this hotel and another hotel after having to leave a hotel with potential bedbugs. I didn’t stay here but was SO grateful they let me cancel despite my room being non-refundable. The other hotel I double booked wouldn’t. Thank You Holiday Inn! I will be choosing you in the future! "We did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were extremely uncomfortable with the environment—there were prostitutes outside the building, and the area felt unsafe. When we checked in, we were only given one towel, and when we asked for more, we were told we'd have to wait until some were washed. This alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the room made things worse. It had an overpowering smell of must and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were far below any reasonable standard. We left immediately. We did not feel safe and could not stay even one night. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property."
