Didn’t stay had one night And when I tried to stay an Extra night never got a response Just not available. So, when I checked out. Asked about it. The guy came out of the back and told the person checking us out. They didn’t have the same room. Would have been helpful to have said that. Didn’t even ask if there was another one available. Or message back. Probably won’t be back.

We lost our bags in the airport. We informed the reception at arrival. The bags came in directly from the airport transporter to the hotel 1 day later. We got a confirmation. We went to the bellman/valet office… they told us that there was no delivery. Lucky us, we saw our bags in our hotel room. Conclusion: no communication between different departments. We booked our stay in 2024 and paid it immediately. After we left our hotel, we checked our bank account a couple of days later. Big surprise: the hotel credited us again! We called them immediately and we went from person A to person B to person C to ….. Finally we spoke with someone who found the mistake. We will follow up this matter… it seems that we will have our money back within 5 business days. Our stay: room 413 needs maintenance. The door handle from the shower hangs loose. The bottle of shower cream on the floor in the shower is unhygienic. The bed was comfortable.

We rented 2 rooms while passing through New Mexico. The rooms were warm and would not cool down even with the AC set at 65. Rooms could use improvements. Would most likely never stay here again. A plus is that the staff at Isleta were all very friendly!

We were in town for a medical procedure. I chose this place because of a great experience in a previous stay for a conference. Check-in was great then we got to the room and it smelled like sewage, they sent maintenance who said he couldn’t smell it. We left the balcony door opened and went to the pool, my husband was turn away cause he had a beer can, when we finally got in after a pool check in process, the water in the pool was ice cold. After swimming, had to walk back soaked, wet , dripping and freezing because towel police would not let us leave the pool with their pool towels. Got into the shower and the water pressure was so low that it wouldnt take the soap out of my hair until I knelt down in the tub and put my hair underneath the tub faucet. There were no guest bathrobes like the website advertised and I was afraid to ask for extra towels after the pool
