They said they were having problems with hvac on a while floor of the hotel. Would not let us check in. When we came back to check in there was a line of 37 people in front of us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I tried calling the valet and my phone was hard to hear. Without me saying anything to someone, they sent the repair man up with-in minutes to get it addressed. Rooms were clean. Staff at the Sports bar was fun and provided great service.
