Wonderful Stay at Grandezza

I stayed in Fred’s home for a month over the winter of 2021 and had a great experience. Fred was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful throughout my stay when I needed to reach him for questions. Check in was simple - keys were safely tucked in a lockbox and I was given a unique code to get access. The property had been professionally cleaned and was spotless upon arrival. Home is exactly as it appears and borders the golf course, making for a very relaxing environment. The outdoor patio is huge and the home is very spacious. I was working out of the house for the month and had plenty of comfortable areas to be productive in. Grandezza is truly spectacular and was a great place to escape the cold of NYC. There is a main pool that includes a bar and grill, as well as smaller community pools that I used in between meetings. The gym, restaurants, walking paths and amenities are all fantastic. Fred is a great host, his home was a welcome escape, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay!
