Cozy Suite for Two with Personal Hot Tub and Fireplace
Updated in 2019. Relax on the deck or in your personal hot tub. Unit 14 is a cozy single-room, Ÿ-bath suite with a queen bed, loveseat, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. Enjoy cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps two.
My husband and I stayed here while on our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to be from the crowds of Estes Park, yet close enough that if we wanted to get downtown, we could easily do so. It was also a great proximity to Rocky Mtn Ntl Park! We left early one morning and were in the park within 4-5 minutes of leaving the cabin. Super clean, a good variety of amenities, and the hot tub is definitely a plus!
We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for a couple and 2 dogs in the winter! Close to the park entance. The hot tub was clean, warm, and private and perfect to sit in in the snow and 0 degree temps! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable! It is small, but was perfect! We would recommend and stay again!
This is a spare but clean efficiency apartment with an excellent location (halfway between Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes). The bed was comfortable, and the linens and towels clean and of good quality. Everything (TV, kitchen appliances, fireplace and hot tub) worked well. As other guests have noted, one disappointment is that the fireplace is the heat for the room and is thus linked to the thermostat. It heats the place admirably, so it had to be turned off most of the time, thus preventing the pleasure of having the flames on for ambience (gets too hot!). The kitchen has all the basics, but not much in the way of "extras," so don't plan on making gourmet meals. All-in-all, a good return for the price.
Great get away to rest and relax. Amazing hot tub, cozy amenities and really great location.
Tons of channels on the tv, to just relax and enjoy the solitude.
This is more of a motel than a cabin. The cabins are attached to your neighbors with extension cords running behind the couch and into the neighboring cabin. When you pull in it feels more like youâre pulling into a trailer park than a mountain resort, it didnât help that this cabin is right next to the road.
The inside was mostly clean but everything is very dated.
Previous reviews mentioned that all the furniture was sticky and the property manager said they would fix it. I am here to tell you they did not.
The fireplace they advertise is not a wood burning fireplace and itâs only on while the heat is on, so if youâre looking for a romantic evening by the fire you will be disappointed. Even when itâs on itâs a cheap gas fireplace and not a nice one.
Everything seems to work at 80%. There is burners on the stove that donât work, they give you a fan which is nice but the lever on top to make it rotate is broken off. The hot tub is clean but several buttons on the key pad donât work and not all the jets work.
They provide dishes but they are DIRTY, when we checked in the dishes had crusted on food from the last tenements on them. Overall this property is not worth what they are charging, itâs a fancy motel with an hot tub.
The pics do not match what is shown when you show up. Its not private at all. We wouldnt mind coming back but the pictures need to be taken better so people know what they are they walking into. Its alot smaller than what is shown, if you like a smal space this is for you!
Good, cozy spot for a couple if youâre looking to go hiking in RMNP for a few days. Hot tub was great to come to at the end of the day. However, the WiFi at the property is awful. Thereâs a smart TV, but you can hardly stream anything with how bad the connection is. Estes park already has bad cell service and having poor WiFi was disappointing.
It was perfect for 2 people. Great location. Had a window not able to open and reported it, and maintenance showed up very quickly. Linens were replaced promptly when needed. Would stay again on our next vacation.
My husband and I got married in Estes and we stay there every year for our anniversary. It was very clean and staff was incredibly communicative. The private hot tub was amazing! Check in was so easy. We were so thankful to be able to bring our dogs! Only minor (nit picky) complaints, thereâs no gate in the yard. So the dogs had to constantly be monitored. We have a 7 lbs dachsund and there were lots of places she could sneak through too (under the deck). Itâs also on a main road to RMNP, so itâs a little loud in the morning. Other than that, we always love our stay up there! Definitely recommend.
We had a great stay at the property, it was exactly what we thought it was going to be. Very clean, the maintenance people were very kind and friendly. We are already thinking about our next trip to Estes Park and plan on staying there again! Thanks
Thanks
Great hot tub, comfortable. No AC, but fan and air circulated thru window screens. Furniture looked rustic and great, but sticky. It may need a cLear finish. Overall, we enjoyed it! Great location close to Rocky Mt. National Patk!!
The only thing we were confused about was when getting fresh towels the email says to put bagged dirty ones just inside front door and clean ones will be left just inside front door. We left the black bagged dirty towels literally right inside front door and they didnât pick them up and the freshly blue bagged ones were left by the door outside. Everything else was great!!
the property was clean and roomy. everything you would need as if you were home. close to RMNP entrance station. enjoyed walking along the river and on occasion would spot an Elk. Loved this place and would stay here again. Hot tube was in working order, clean and hot.
Easy to check-in code provided in advance just show up and open the door.
We stayed in Estes Park for a couple days to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was close to both downtown & the Fall River park entrance. It is cozy, but has plenty of room for 2 people. The hot tub & little outdoor area was really nice! It was nice to be able to sit outside at the little table & relax in the hot tub during the cool mountain evenings after a day of hiking!
