Step into Mount Meeker 26B, a cozy one bedroom, two bathroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy the mountain views, morning and night, from your private hot tub on the deck! Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of the intimate gas fireplaces.

The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals.

This condo has an open living area where you'll find a leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV.

A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full size shower. Just past the bathroom is the Master bedroom with a private ensuite bath. This Master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo.

Mount Meeker 26B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter, and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning.

This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect romantic mountain home away from home!

What to be aware of:

There are steps leading up to this condo.

No oven, only stovetop. Mini refrigerator.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Washer / Dryer

No reserved parking. Parking may not be right in front of your condo.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Condo was very nice, bed was comfortable, which is very important to us. We didn’t use the hot tub, as it was chilly and rainy most of the time during our stay. Only one small quibble for us: there were more steps up from the parking lot than are shown in the photos of the listing. The 20 steps were difficult for my wife, who was using a cane. Other than that, we had no issues at all.

Everything & I mean everything was perfect about this property. Extremely clean and organized. The hot tub was perfect, clean, hot and working properly!! I can’t say enough good things about this property!! Location was gorgeous with beautiful views from the hot tub!! Wildlife was seen all during the stay. I would recommend this property to family & friends and plan to stay here again in the future. Easy access to town and far enough away that it feels secluded eventho there are people all around, it is still quiet. The fireplaces made it so cozy & welcoming. The bed was very comfortable with very nice linens. If I could give 10 stars I would & I’ve stayed at many properties all over and I was very pleased with my stay here.

Broken "Private Hot Tub"

Husband & I reserved 2 nights for 25th anniversary--June 23-25. Check-in time was 4 pm. Arrived about 4:30. Noted sticky substance on kitchen counters. Not consistent with cleaning fee. Got ready to relax in hot tub. Water was very cold & murky--obviously not working. Called the number provided at unit in case of problems at about 5:15--gone for the day with message to only contact emergency number for a few issues--not working hot tub not an emergency. Left message. Got a return call the following day in the afternoon. Was told they got busy & forgot to call us before arrival to state hot-tub broken. Recommended we use public pool/hot tub which was some distance away from our unit. Refunded 17% of total paid. Not a good value in my opinion.

Mary’s lake condo

The condo was clean and close to town. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The condo itself is tired. TP holder kept coming off. The refrigerator/freezer wasn’t cold enough. It just needs to be updated. We did enjoy our stay in Estes Park.

Great Apartment in the Mountains

The apartment was smaller than the pictures made it seem, but it was fine for just my husband and I. Great location, isolated enough but close to all the touristy fun. Loved the hot tub, but wished it had a bit more privacy. Definitely not a deal breaker, just worth mentioning. Overall, a great place to stay in Estes Park!

Hot tub not working, not worth the price

Buyer beware. We booked 1 night because this unit had a hot tub with a mountain view, but when we arrived it wasn't working. The community hot tub is a long walk around alot construction and down several flights of stairs. It was filled with a lot of people, and the tables were all taken. The pool deck was crumbly and poorly maintained. This rental is not worth the money at all.

Such a sweet condo!

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. The Mary's Lake area is gorgeous and allows for a complete miss of the bustling downtown area if you wish. The beds (both the king in the bedroom and the pull out queen) were ideal. Hosts were communicative and responsive! We would love to stay here again!

Great location, clean space. The only complaints would be that only one set of the jets worked in the hot tub. Bathrooms are small and tight. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax.

Mountain Getaway!

It was very nice overall! We were a little deceived by the photos of the views-this specific unit has trees in the way so you don’t have a clear view of the mountains from the window/hot tub. The walls also are a little thin, we could hear the people walking upstairs & those playing music next door in the bedroom/bathroom.

A most comfortable bed

The most outstanding part of this condo was the awesome bed. It’s more comfortable than my bed at home! The sofa was also comfortable. But, the dining table and chairs were just plain awful. A metal table and chairs are cold and the chair’s sides cut into your body. Fortunately I had a picnic tablecloth that I used so I didn’t have to touch that cold surface.
