Very impressed with Elijah’s knowledge and willingness to help. He was very informative throughout my stay and provided insightful information regarding map directions, where to locate the national parks, and informed me that I needed to make a reservation before entering the Rocky Mountains—which I had no idea about. Upon first checking in, he was quick to welcome me and his eagerness to fulfill my questions made this experience comfortable. Overall, very satisfied!

This hotel is great! Rooms are quite large and it all looks like it was recently renovated. It's a short walk down a hill to a walking path around Lake Estes that you can take all the way into town in about 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. It deserves all the positive reviews
