Welcome to our `Sweet` 2-story Townhouse nestled in the picturesque town of Estes Park. It boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with an attached 2-car garage. This charming retreat is ideal for groups of up to 8 guests. Enjoy expansive views of the mountains from the comfort of your home away from home. Enjoy walking by the river from the meandering sidewalk in the Association. With one king-size bed and two queen beds, there`s plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploration. Cool off in the summer with A/C, a rare find in Estes Park. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace, stay connected with high-speed internet, and savor delicious meals prepared on the gas BBQ. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay, and our pet-free policy ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Experience the beauty of Estes Park from our gorgeous condo - book your stay today and make memories to last a lifetime! No RVs, Trailers, Campers, or ATVs will be allowedâmaximum vehicles of 3. Renters must be 25+ or older to rent this property.
Vacation Rental Agreement-
This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the âProperty Managerâ) and you, the Renters (also referred to as âTenantsâ
and âGuestsâ). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The
Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released.
Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are
difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as âTenantsâ and âGuestsâ) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request
to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
14. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum
stated occupancy.
16. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to
extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of
the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and can ask you to leave the property if you are rude/disrespectful or breaking any of these rules. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenantsâ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenantsâ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
By booking this property you are agreeing to this agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Rentersâ party.
