Outside, enjoy a barbecue by the fire pit, or relax with a cup of coffee at the exclusive bar while soaking in breathtaking mountain views.

Each of the five bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort, with queen-size beds, premium linens, and ample natural light. The master bedroom boasts a full-wall picture window with stunning views, an en-suite bathroom, and electronic shades to set the perfect ambiance. Additional floor mattresses are available for larger groups, making this home perfect for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.

This contemporary home, blending sophistication with comfort, is the ideal retreat. Nestled in a lush, secluded setting yet close to Napa Valley, Six Flags, and Downtown Fairfield, it accommodates up to 16 guests in style and comfort.

All areas of the home and property are exclusively accessible to our guests. No spaces are shared except among those included in the booking.

A check-in code will be supplied one hour prior to your arrival.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Outdoor security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property, ensuring peace of mind. There are no indoor cameras, so you can fully enjoy your stay with complete privacy.

We want your stay to be fantastic, and following these guidelines will help ensure everyone’s comfort while keeping things peaceful with the neighbors. I’d hate to pass along any extra costs, so please take a moment to review the House Manual and rules and make sure you're comfortable with them.

➤ NO SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit, along with an additional $1,000 penalty to cover the cost of an ozone treatment to eliminate the odor.

➤ QUIET HOURS:
To maintain neighborhood peace, outdoor gatherings and loud music are not permitted after 9 pm. You will receive one warning if there are noise complaints. Further disturbances will result in a $250 fine and/or immediate eviction without a refund.

➤ GUEST COUNT:
Please ensure you provide the correct number of guests staying. Any unreported guests will be charged $50 per person, per night starting at 9 pm.

➤ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Unauthorized parties will result in a $1,000 penalty and the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

➤ PETS:
Pets are allowed but must be disclosed either at the time of booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, which is double the standard rate, will apply for pets. Failure to disclose pets may result in additional charges.

➤ TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please manage trash throughout your stay and ensure all garbage is properly disposed of before check-out. If your stay includes Tuesday, place the bins outside for collection on Wednesday and return them after.

Food Dispenser Notice: Do not dispose of food down the sinks. Any clogs caused by food particles will result in a $500 (or more) fee to cover the repair.

➤ TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES:
Do not tamper with or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or monitoring devices. Tampering will result in a $500 fine and may lead to eviction without a refund.

➤ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, at a rate of $50 per hour. Unauthorized check-ins or check-outs will incur a $100 hourly fee.

➤ PARKING:
Feel free to use the driveway or street parking. Ensure you follow all parking regulations and avoid blocking the sidewalk. Refer to the house manual for further details.

➤ CLEANLINESS:
Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay, and avoid wearing shoes inside the house. A $100 fee will apply if furniture is moved and not returned to its original position.

➤ DOORS:
Keep all doors closed to prevent insects and animals from entering the property.

Important: Only lock doors for which you have PIN codes. If you lock yourself out and require a locksmith, you will be responsible for the fees.
➤ FIREPLACE:
The fireplace is decorative only. Please do not attempt to light any real fires.

You also agree to act in good faith and refrain from taking any actions that could harm the host's business if you disagree with any dispute resolutions or rulings.
