The breakfast was great, a lot of selection of different food. Hard broil eggs, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, self made waffles, cereals, etc. The staff are wonderful. I have an issue of not knowing how to turn on the stove in my room and called the front desk. A staff knocked on the door about a minute later to help. All the staffs are very polite.

Hotel was very nice on the outside and in common areas. The room had a lot of great space but was pretty worn out with beat up cabinets, carpets and stains on chairs. The beds were clean and comfortable.

I love the inclusive atmosphere- staff, and guests. Very family friendly. The breakfast was great- many choices. Very well stocked. You can eat inside or outside. All areas were clean. Pool hours were great for the grandkids. Loved the set up of the room. Grandpa could go to bed early, as we had 2 bedrooms (got the 2 youngest to sleep and still had a living room with a pull out couch / kitchen for the oldest to watch tv.

Nice but gloomy lighting

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the carpet in our room had stains and the room didn't appear to have been cleaned/disinfected. The kitchen was updated but there were broken cabinets. The pool water was murky and there was hair floating around. The lighting throughout the hotel was very dim and gloomy. In my opinion, the stay was nice, the staff were great, but the hotel and pool need a good cleaning. Brighter lightbulbs should also be added to cheer up the place.

AC was broken in 90 degrees weather

Loved the room set up and location was central to our activities. Were there for 3 nights. AC wasn't working in our room and no equivalent room to transfer to and hotel had no fans. Was over 80 degrees in our room. Bought a fan at Target with our own money. 3rd night an equivalent room with working AC was available and we transferred. Hotel finally said they'd comp us a night and they'd submit that to hotels.com, but we have to follow up with hotels.com. Breakfast buffet was so so, ice machines didn't work (had to ask front desk for ice and they kindly got it from her kitchen), bathrooms by pool were closed the whole time which was inconvenient. I do appreciate them comping us a night if I actually see the refund

Had to wait 30 minutes at check in while staff updated system ... then was given a room that had broken handles to closet, no hangers, scarred walls and close proximity to common area that was noisy until 11 pm Probably will not stay here when i return for business on September
