Toilet seats in room extremely low, difficult to get up or down. Carpet dirty. Hotel website offers a late check out time for a fee , however, when staff was asked they stated that was not offered at the hotel. The beds were comfy.

60th birthday

When I went to check in Cassie at the front desk was so disrespectful unhelpful and waved a finger in my face after I had said that the second floor was not going to work for the other person in my party who had just had hip replacement and I walk with a cane. She didn’t tell us where the elevator was she didn’t tell us which door to go in from the outside she was just too busy to get done because it was the end of her shift and she wanted out but the guy Logan he helped me after her and he got us into the room that we were supposed to be in poolside. We had the best weekend after that. He was the best and we had a fabulous weekend. It was a 60th birthday party and the hotel was great.

The rooms were clean, however the pool area definitely needs work. That green slide should have a warning, the speed and way it throws you is a bit much. The rusted steps in the pool area seem unsafe as well. The sauna and hot tub both did not work either. For the price you could probably do better. The elevator is pretty terrifying as well
