"The busy reception area was managed very well by the efficient staff. Our room and hallways felt spacious and felt light and bright filled with natural light. The bathroom was a little tight. We enjoyed the great breakfast that offered many choices. We found Hotel Riu at Fisherman's wharf to be a great place to stay at."

"good location, very quiet room, comfortable bed. Pleasant enough staff. Enough staff 24 hours to feel safe. The neighbourhood felt safe. No breakfast onsite. Fridge in my room didnt work and the engineer staff were not available. The front desk person did offer me to use the fridge in the reception. i didnt use the pool but i did see someone else using it and i could see the heat coming off it! Quite a few empty or buildings in the area made it feel less busy than i was expecting. Union square is a community space with different events happening in the weekend or evenings. "

"This was a one night stay, the hotel was perfect! Within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Parking was super easy. Hotel had great amenities, coffee bar, restaurant, in room fridge. Was very pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed the stay! Would stay again! "

"There was no charging station as advertised on Expedia. The photos are better than the actual property! I was hoping for a dog relief area for a pet friendly property! It is what you get for a conveniently located hotel near Fisherman’s Wharf- small and expensive! "
