I ONLY have good things to say about this property. Valet was fast and friendly. I think it was around $75/day. Sounds expensive, but it’s SF. I paid $30 to park for 6 hours at a museum. It all works out. The breakfast was delicious! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, toast, bagels, English muffins, individual Greek yogurts, cereal, milk, juices. The lobby was beautiful and big! The room was the best part— gorgeous views, bay windows, comfortable beds, plush pillows. My favorite part- fantastic showers with great shower pressure! The area was great, it was a quick 5 minute walk to Pier 39, 10 minutes to Ghirardelli, 12 minutes to Lombard. I would absolutely recommend this place! Super kid friendly!

I liked that wveryone over there were really friendly and helpful. The suite was up to my expectations. We were also a 5 min walk away from pier 43 and we also had an amazing view of Alcatraz from our window. I had rent this room for the last 6 year for a week in it is every time an amazing experience.

Property was great. Only issue was that it wasn't enough setting for breakfast. The eventually opened up a conference room, but besides that, the hotel is in a great location.

There were people talking and laughing loudly outside our room all night. The rooms are very small and not worth the price!! Also if you use Expedia note the price is not what is given. Parking is also $65!!
