Overall stay was wonderful, clean rooms and close to shops and restaurants. Nice that there was a parking garage attached to the hotel that you could pay to park in. No microwaves in the room but communal ones in the lower lobby.

The Zephyr is in a great location near Pier 39, the ferry to Alcatraz, the cable cars, trams and buses. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is reasonable value for money in SF. You have everything you need nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.

Close to 1st stop of the hop on hop off bus. Internet could have been a little faster but worked ok. Included breakfast in the morning was very good with plenty of selections. I would stay here again when back in San Fran."
