Convenience to the Pier without the traffic was perfect. Loved the fire pits outside. Rooms are a bit outdated, not the most comfortable beds, and bathroom is small. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

The property was convenient. The service of the staff at the hotel was absolutely the worst! Rude people at check in desk. The ONLY person to even smile or greet us was a young man named Kevin in the breakfast area. He stopped to tell us how sorry he was that we had received such bad service. The people in the breakfast were bossy, rude, very unprofessional. They did not have customer service skills at all. The bathroom sink was plugged up the whole time we stayed in our room. The toilet barely flushed, and we had ants in our room. I did not appreciated the fact that I had called 4 times from our home in Sparks, Nevada and was lied to about the fees upon arrival on October 5th! The manager said the xtra cost would be $205,,, upon arrival I was told by the unfriendly girl at check in I would be charged $500 ! This is ludicrous and I will never stay there again. I will definitely pass this information along to anyone I meet who is coming your way! What a rip off. Simply put your hotel was rotten!

Everything was great except very noisy outside our room. I think we were near where they received deliveries - heard trucks at 4am - we would of switched rooms but didn't have time to - we were out and about all day and didn't want to waste time trying to deal with this.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. The fire pits were a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Hotel staff were very accommodating- early check in, holding luggage after check out. Generous breakfast buffet- eggs, pancakes, meats, breads, etc.

The breakfast are good, many items to choose from. Bagels, bread, mini pastires, fruits, cheese. Better than average hotels in America. The location also convenience. Very close to Fisherman Wharfs area, Chinatown and any other tourist area in SF. We definitely will.be staying here again when we're back in area.

They let us in a bit earlier than checking time and thank you for that, yet in the room we saw spider web on the wall bathroom is very tiny no lotion provided, rooms look smaller than on the pictures parking lot is too small, 6 ft clearance, SUV had to park elsewhere. Smell in the room not super fresh, looks like hotel is older and still have popcorn on a ceiling.
