Wasn't expecting luxury, room I was in was not impressive. Defective smoke alarm that had a very bright white light that flashed all night. The bathroom was old and appeared just patched up after patched up. While self park is available, parking is $40 a night.

Location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that parking was $40/day and shuttle only goes to the airport and not downtown Burlingame.

Room was stocked and clean, had normal wear, cable TV didn't work in room though. Lights were unplugged which was a bit weird, but not a big deal. We had two rooms on different floors and 11th floor smelled strongly of cigarettes for most of stay.

Room was in great condition except for the leaking showerhead. Breakfast was $35. Very overpriced for a hotel breakfast. Housekeeping would knock on the door while already opening it. Please give me a chance to answer the door. It was very uncomfortable.
