Convenience to the Pier without the traffic was perfect. Loved the fire pits outside. Rooms are a bit outdated, not the most comfortable beds, and bathroom is small. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great except very noisy outside our room. I think we were near where they received deliveries - heard trucks at 4am - we would of switched rooms but didn't have time to - we were out and about all day and didn't want to waste time trying to deal with this.

The tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. You can barely close the door. Television lacks streaming from Netflix or Amazon. Very slow check in process, and the clerk asked for the ID cards of all guests! I said they are in the car. Very weird. It was a nicer hotel when it was a Sheraton. Upon checkout, the older Asian lady at the desk refused my request for a bottle of water, saying those are only for check in. After spending what I did, I do not think a paltry bottle of water was asking for much!

Everything was good except the room is outdated the carpet was ripped off and the bed headboards ripped off as well the leather was very dry and cut off that make looks terrible like a cheap hotel. The water faucet in the sink lo water pressure and the tub not draining properly. A lot to improve to maintain 5 starts

It's perfectly fine, the rooms are dated but clean. Fisherman's wharf is a the Niagara Falls of San Francisco: a little rough and has seen better days. just know it's not even close to a 4-star hotel. A solid 3-star hotel. Their policies are driven towards nickle and diming you. There's no where to fill up water so you have to use their grab and go. You'll pay for everything including for receiving a package. A mid Embassy Suites will run circles around them and don't get me started on their facilites fee.

Excellent buffet breakfast Clean room - we booked a King but they talked us into changing to two queens siting better floor- but the beds are hardly queens- would put as a double - and very soft. Windows are thin - very noisy street outside. we had the third floor and an elephant on the 4th walking above (pacing back and forth) - Location is excellent - walking distance to Trader Joes, Fishermans Wharf; cable car- if you can get an inner courtyard room -
