HOUSE RULES

✔ Quiet Hours: Enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
✔ Service Access: Pool and landscape vendors access the property weekly, typically on Tuesdays, with the possibility of additional visits during the week.
✔ Check-Out Policies: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $150 penalty. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure; please leave it where placed.
✔ Guest Capacity: Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed. This property is not for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
✔ Safety & Security: Cameras are installed in public-facing areas, including the doorbell, driveway, street-facing areas, backyard, and side yard. No interior cameras or noise decibel monitors are present. Porter discloses these cameras as reported by the homeowner but does not monitor or access them.

PET POLICY

✔ One small to medium dog (max 25 lbs.) is allowed with a $50 non-refundable pet fee.
✔ Pets must remain off furniture and bedding (as we call it "4 on the floor" rule).
✔ Guests must clean up after pets outside.
✔ No vicious breeds or cats are permitted. Other pets require Manager approval.

ADDITIONAL FEES

✔ Pet Fee: $50 (non-refundable).
