Because we care about our renters health & safety and our home, we are practicing the guidelines outlined by the WHO & CDC for the sanitation and cleaning of our home.

This is our cozy second home (not a typical rental) & we love sharing it with our wonderful guest. Our home is your home during your stay. Our home is a 1200 Sq Ft and is located in the prestige area of Continental Country Club area. This newly remodeled and modern home has a heater/AC, 2 master bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace, laundry room, family room, a spacious kitchen with newly installed cabinets & carpet 2021. It can sleep up to 6 guest, 4 adults and 2 children combination, or 2/3 adults, 2 children. The kids can sleep on the blowup bed or sofa sectional. Just repainted the home and deck in 2022. Our home includes all the amenities of home, and a spacious wrap around deck. Very well appointed-FIVE STAR PROPERTY *****

The master bedroom has an en-suite and a flat screen television, guest room has a flat screen too and both have large closets, new carpet. 2nd bathroom is next to the guest bedroom. Our vacation home is furnished with children’s toys, pack n play, high chair and booster seat, round snow saucer, board games, cards, color books and crayons.

The family room has hardwood floors, a very large sectional sofa, large comfy chair, large 47' flat screen TV, Netflix, etc, 14 foot vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of ceiling lights with dimmers to set any romantic mood. Wi-fi and cable TV.

Outside, the spacious wrap around deck includes decorative railing and has 2 stairways, with locking gates to enjoy privacy, and safety for small children and dogs. The wrap around deck is fully furnished with outdoor furniture, and roll down shades. The backyard area at the rear of the house includes a large stainless steel BBQ, plenty of aspen trees, and an area for your fur babies to hmmm do their business 🐾

From the deck you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mt Elden, large oak trees, and the beautiful golf course at Continental Country Club (CCC) that is open to the public, for residents and visitors. The club house is less than 100 ft from our homes front door, and host the Oakmont Restaurant and Bar. Which is a full service restaurant that overlooks the golf course, swimming pool and pickle ball courts. You can enjoy the activities the Country Club has to offer offer during your stay. Including: swimming pools, tennis, pickle-ball, fitness center, hot tub, computer lab, movie room for the family to enjoy. However, per recent 2021 CCC changes, there is an $150.00 admin transfer fee/card charge to transfer our homeowner amenity privileges (and a one time fee for the cards) over to our renters to utilize the Country Club amenities, best for longer stays. The golf course and restaurant is however, a public course and restaurant.

Our home is centrally located for day trips to numerous sight seeing trips and adventures. A short 7 minutes to N.A.U and 10 minutes to Historic downtown Flagstaff which has a variety of restaurants, dining, art galleries, micro-breweries, coffee shops and night life. Flagstaff has lots to offer at anytime during the year.

There are several stores located within a short distance from our home, Harkins movie theaters, Starbucks, and the Flagstaff mall.
