TOTAL MODERN RENOVATION!! including almost total glass in the high beamed living and dining rooms to enjoy the lovely glistening aspen trees and large backyard. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in
Coconino Estates and is PERFECT for a peaceful, fun getaway! Large new windows in all bedrooms to enjoy mountain fresh air and lovely landscape. Enjoy relaxing in the large private, fenced, backyard with covered patio, furniture with cushions, double swing with awning, large table and chairs, gas grill and fire pit. Guests may use attached garage. 6 parking places. All new modern dishes, pots and pans and appliances in a fully stocked kitchen! The Laundry room has a new washer and dryer. Free WIFI, UTUBE TV, Apple TV and Netflex in the Living Rm. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms, with Firesticks. Master suite has a new King size bed other two bedrooms have new Queen size beds. ALL mattresses are very comfortable! Two rooms have walk in closets. You always sleep on spotless crisp, fresh sheets! Bathrooms are fully stocked! All towels are fluffy and spotless! I exchange EVERY fabric item in my home between guests! It is an easy mile walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown's excellent restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries and the Flagstaff Community Farmers Market. Our home is located one block from the Urban Trail System. Beautiful Buffalo Park, Thorpe Park, and it’s Ultimate Frisbee Course and fun play area for children and tennis courts, are within a mile away. Our local Duck Pond stocked with fish, is only a short walk away. Because I take pride in providing only a 5 star experience for each guest, I choose to manage and clean my home myself, and respond quickly when texed👍. I decorate inside and out for ALL Holidays😊. 528 Beal is a Perfect choice to enjoy sitting in front of the large gas fireplace before heading out to explore and enjoy Flagstaff and it’s surrounding areas! COME and ENJOY your Personal Experience and all I offer😊

Lanna's place was perfect for my family! We had a wonderful time in Flagstaff and this location was extremely convenient. I loved that the urban trail systen was only a block away from the house. Lanna was a fantastic host as well!

The host was fantastic. We were able to check-in and check out with great flexibility, the property was perfect for our family of four, the kitchen was well appointed. Nice backyard and a modest garage if you want to bring your bikes. Laundry was great plus allowing us to pack a little lighter. Plenty of space for our 6 night stay and a perfect location from downtown, Bashas, chevron, snow bowl and the quick exit for the Grand Canyon. Will stay again.

This property is gorgeous and well cared for. Home was cozy, clean, has amazing windows and natural light, and a lovely yard that we spent many hours in. Pizza, burgers, coffee, and grocery store all within an easy walk. Owner was delightful and has amazing attention to detail. I will recommend this home to all of my friends and family.

Immaculate comfortable home

We had a great stay at this property. I have never been in a cleaner home, immaculate is an accurate description. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the gas fireplace. The host was very responsive and helpful. Great property a very short drive from downtown. We had our original VRBO cancel the day of arrival and the owners worked with me and were able to get our family in that night! On top of making that amazing turnaround, the communication with the owner Lanna was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home in Flagstaff

Our stay in Flagstaff was wonderful, in large part because of this comfortable and convenient home! The house was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. The decor was beautiful and updated, and the backyard was landscaped and private with multiple seating areas, a propane fire pit, and a stainless steel grill. Laundry facilities and a plus-size garage were additional amenities. The three bedrooms, two baths, and open-concept living area had plenty of room for the four adults in our group. Two of the bedrooms included walk-in closets. The kitchen appliances were newer, and the cupboards were well-stocked with glass doors, which made it easy to locate items. Drawers contained helpful items such as scissors and a wine bottle opener. I've stayed in dozens of rental units, and none have been as well-appointed as this home! Reading lamps, garbage cans, and additional blankets and pillows were available in every room. Shampoo, shower gel, paper products, ice, and coffee and creamer were also thoughtfully provided. The host was professional and helpful, and encouraged communication of every need. She takes pride in her property, and was so thoughtful to our unique needs and interests! With a convenient location in a safe neighborhood, this rental is the perfect home away from home!

Best House to Rent in Flagstaff

We rented this home in Flagstaff for a week while we were taking our girls to college at NAU. This home did not disappoint. It was close to everything we needed. The yard is amazing and immaculate..Such a charming home. We had a couple of extra requests of Lanna and she went way above and beyond to help us with our needs while staying at her property. The house is decorated perfectly and I can't tell you how much it felt like home away from home. The attention to detail from having coffee ready to go to ice in the freezer to the coziest of blankets. It was a real treat to stay here. We will be back upon visiting or girls in college. Thank you again for putting your heart into this home.

The home was in a great location, close to everything. The living room back wall is all large windows looking into the gorgeous backyard. The home was clean, cozy, and decorated very well. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Away from the heat

The house was great!! Older house, creaks when you walk, but beautifully decorated. We had a great time. Patio was very comfortable and relaxing. Although, lots of misquotes so be prepared. Home owner was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Perfect mountain getaway

This house was everything and more we could have asked for. Very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the house came very well stocked with clean kitchen items and clean bedding. It was really hot when we stayed and each room had its own ac unit that made it comfortable. The owner dropped off a fan for the main room for us. Communicating with the owner was so easy and very thorough. Perfect backyard to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Cannot wait to stay here again. And we will.

Great place and great location!

We loved staying at Lanna's house in Flagstaff! Everything was clean and set up perfectly for our family. It was an easy walk or drive downtown, and perfectly situated for road trips to the Grand Canyon and other destinations. There were also great trails nearby for morning walks. Definitely would return!
