Rude male worker

The male who worked at the hotel was very rude to me. He made me take out my ID twice to verify my identity when i was just standing right there. How am I able to change my identity within seconds?? I said I just showed it to you, and he said its "policy". Within that time a Caucasian lady and her husband shows up and he assisted them before me. The lady apologized to me and said he should have helped you first. I said its ok because they were an older couple. After he helped the couple, he told me to take my ID out again. I said you did not ask that couple for an ID. He said we know them, and they come here a lot. I said will its "policy" you should have asked them for their ID. I found it rude and his customer service towards me was uncalled for. I love Hyatt hotels, and I never have problems there. So, unfortunate I was treated bad. Everything else in this hotel is great. Other workers had great customer service and were more willing to assist me.

Nice hotel, but they need to work on the cleanliness of their rooms. Found dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The staff were friendly, great location, easy parking. They do charge a parking fee, which was not noted in advance, but they waived it. Increase the hotel price instead of adding surprise check-in fees. I understand adding parking fees when you're staying downtown in a big city, but Flagstaff? The breakfast is decent.

required a tub with two queens- went to the bar and ran out of tequila at 8 PM- however, went down to breakfast @7 AM, and they were offering Tequila Sunrises. I found this very odd. There are no towels in the pool area, but an overflowing, dirty towel hamper. (Not what I expected from a Hyatt at all

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is nondescript and average in most ways. The location is decent, the rooms are copy-paste normal, and the amenities are standard. None of that is bad, but it’s also not all that great. It was a functional stay for our family as we needed to stay one night in Flagstaff to break up a trip. This hotel served that purpose.

Family trip

The room and hotel were clean and the receptionist at check was great! The room was nice, roomy for 5 of us. The charge a surcharge for breakfast, which in our opinion wasn’t worth it. To call it a “Buffett” is a stretch. Quantity was limited, and food was cold. The choices were scarce. The heated pool was okay. Could have been warmer for sure. No hot tub which was a bummer.
