When you walk in the front door, the open-concept kitchen and dining area are to the right. Around the other side of the fireplace is the living room. Down the hallway to the right is the double vanity bathroom, and to the left is the room with the Queen bunks, and beyond that, to the left is a King bedroom. Across the hallway is the primary King bedroom with an attached bathroom. Through the double doors is the room with the office and trundle beds. Out back, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, turf, BBQ, and outdoor TV!

-NO pets.
-NO parties or events.
-NO outdoor music past 10pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
-NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire.
-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only.
