The hot tub is on the front porch in a neighborhood where other homes are close in proximity, so we didn't use it long because we felt like we were on display. The house was clean, but not clean-clean. There's a bit of wear-and-tear in the home but overall, it's a nice home with good and cozy vibes. Great for families.

We had a group of 10 people staying and there weren’t quite enough towels for showering & the hot tub. Some people used their towels for both, but it was okay. I would’ve brought some extra towels if I’d known they were needed. No board games or cards at the house, so bring your own. Great kitchen! Great views! Easy check in process & and didnt have to do too much for check out.

Points faibles : Propreté
Property is not well maintained. Hot tub bubbled gross foam when we used it only once, and it smelled over chlorinated. No telling when it was last drained, cleaned, serviced and refilled.Looked at the roof and glad it didn't rain. Sheets on beds were stained as was the coverlets. Upstairs bathtub was blocked, host had service come in while we were gone and didn't inform us that would happen. Not happy about that. Dishes,.cookware and grill were not clean. Has to wash everything before we used it. The 'house rules' info is out dated re dishwasher, amenities and though we had coffee provided, only green tea wa provided also. They could invest in an OTA antenna for local.channels. that would have helped too.

Nice getaway, close to downtown, very close to walmart in case you need anything/groceries. Cool and fresh town (be prepared to wait for oven due to cool temps) hot tub will bleach your bathing suit due to the chemicals in it, but very relaxing. Can use any streaming services (no dvds or extras besides tv and wifi) large dining table awesome for eating and boardgames. Recommend to anyone traveling to Flagstaff!
