We were left without running water for the last several days of our stay, and the situation was handled extremely poorly. After we first notified management that there was no water, we were told the issue would be resolved within a few hours. Instead, we were left waiting all day and all night with no updates or communication. It wasnât until the following day that we were finally informed they would be unable to complete the repair.During this time, we had no access to running water, toilets, or basic sanitation. The apartment quickly became unbearable and smelled terrible because we were unable to flush the toilet. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no alternative accommodations or solutions were offered. We were not provided another place to stay, somewhere to shower, use the restroom, or even sleep comfortably.As a result, we were forced to pay out of pocket to stay elsewhere for the final three days of our trip. We have still not been given a refund for those last three days, despite being unable to stay in the apartment due to the unlivable conditions.The lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer care was incredibly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This experience made what should have been an enjoyable stay extremely stressful and unpleasant.
