Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence Our stay in this centrally located Florence hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond—always warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water, fresh fruit, and fruit drinks available in the hallway throughout the day. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a luxurious walk-in closet that made settling in feel like home. A perfect base for exploring the city, with comfort and hospitality at its finest.

The hotel really should be a 5 star hotel. We travel to Florence twice a year and could not be more impressed with this hidden gem. It is in a small private courtyard and a five minute walk to the Duomo. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the maid service is outstanding. There is a restaurant across the courtyard that we dined at twice even though we have friends that own restaurants in Firenze. We are accustomed to 5 star experiences with Ritz, Auberge, and Four Seasons and we gave this hotel a try because we were in a hurry, We got really lucky!

Location & Amazing Staff

The doorman, Umberto, was the top of his profession. We were lost driving into the city - they sent a person 6 blocks over to walk us down the streets to the front of the hotel. The hotel is lovely and the best location. I've stayed in Florence many times - I will return to this hotel from now on.

I have never in my LIFE had a better hotel experience. We received an upgrade to the pool suite - one word, WOW. We were absolutely blown away by the amenities, the service, the room, the food, the view. I could go on. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen.

The quality of the stay at the Brunelleschi is wonderful, from the first greetings by door and front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast and restaurant staff alike, everyone helped us feel well relaxed and easy.
