Overall, I really like this property. It’s like an apartment that you check in and have a nice day at. It was very clean and really was comfortable. The beds were nice also. The location was conveniently close to the railway station, while remaining outside the busiest part of the centre. The room was clean, albeit infested by mosquitoes. The separate bathroom was across a lobby, clean, and crammed. The included breakfast was a voucher for coffee and croissant at a corner bakery.

Great service and stay

Leonardo and his mom were great hosts. The room was quite spacious, very good shower. There's a fridge and a kettle, tea bags and sugar were provided. Breakfast was served in the room. We had a nice time there. Location a bit far from touristy points, but convenient.

A charming little guest house. Nice location just outside of the touristy area so you are away from the crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere. We had one of the rooms with a separate but private bathroom that was just four or five steps from the room, so not a problem. You do get some traffic noise from the street but to be honest you’d be hard pressed to find a place in the main area of Florence that isn’t on a busy street! If you want peace and solitude you’ll need to stay further out of the city.

My husband and I had a very nice stay at Ridolphi guest house. It’s very clean and the host made a great breakfast every morning. Most sites are in walking distance and there’s also a bus stop right down the street.

This place has very convenient location, roomy for the price, and people work here are nice. However, I had issue with hygiene. I don't think bedding ever cleaned while I'm staying. I did some cooking class and had some chocolate power on my pants and sit on bed and left little stain. Next day, the stain looks like wiped wet towel, but can see the stain- and until the end of trip the bedding was never washed.(It looks like they make bed without washing it) Lots of dead mosquitoes are on wall. Found few ants on breakfast tray. Had very bad allergy while staying the guest house.

Not worth the price

(1) Just a B&B home style place. I booked it two months before, and the normal rate when I arrived that day is less than 70 Euro/day, almost half of my booked price. (2) Don't arrive late than 8pm, because the owners aren't there all the time, and they live far, far away. And they ask for late-check-in fee. (3) Too noisy if you open the window.

just a short walk from SMN train station

This BnB is conveniently located for walking to most sites in Florence. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The private washroom is down the hall. Breakfast is served in your room. Overall a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Not a hotel, more like an apartment

Charming little B&B apartment near the train station. Staff Maria and Fabio were very attentive. Our room had high ceilings and lots of sunlight. Our private bathroom was across the hall, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

Very happy

I was very happy, and it was very good value - but be aware that the owners are not at the guesthouse all of the time. When you check in they will meet you there. This means it is important to give them a precise arrival time if possible.
