A historic apartment located between the Ponte Vecchio and the Palazzo Pitti, featuring a bright balcony. Situated in the heart of Costa S. Giorgio, a picturesque, hilly road that leads to the landscapes of the Giardino Bardini, Forte Belvedere, Giardino di Boboli, and Piazzale Michelangelo. It takes a 3-minute walk uphill to reach the house, but you’ll be rewarded by the tranquility and uniqueness of the place. This street has been the daily route of notable residents such as Dupré, Galilei, Rosai, Pratesi, and Tchaikovsky. The apartment features natural architecture, and—thanks to the building’s thick, ancient walls and the use of our traditional “persiane”—it remains comfortable in the summer without the need for artificial air conditioning.

We are located in the Oltrarno district, known for being a part of the historic centre that retains a strong sense of community and local life. The delicious Florentine cuisine, the beautiful views from the hills, and the magnificent reflections along the banks of the Arno and the bridges are what I like best.
