"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small but very comfortable. There is no microwave in the room. The nespresso machine was nice but too small for our liking. We did enjoy the water dispenser with water bottles on the floor. The rooms window was horrible. You might as well just leave the window open cause that’s how it sounded. "

"we ordered for breakfast the smoked salmon with cream cheese on a bagel and unfortunately the bagel had a bit of mold on it and the smoked salmon had a dark color instead of the fresh salmon color. Parking spaces are limited so we had to park in a garage that was a 10 min walk. Every thing else was excellent!!!!"

"The staff was outstanding. From the moment you pull up till he moment you leave they are there to help and serve. The history of the hotel is highlighted with a free tour that will bring you back to the 1970's. It is in walking distance to historic George town with options for food and nightlife. It is also a short iber ride to all of the historic sights. My average Uber cost was about $12.00. The pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were clean and very well maintained. I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Washington. "

"The Expedia app said to call for shuttle. No one answered the phone both times I called. They wouldn't comp me for my Lyft expense because I booked with Expedia. The Shuttle goes to terminal 1 every hour on the hour. My room had a malfunctioning toilet so I requested to be moved. The second room was good except there was no hair dryer. There was also some suspicious activity outside the hall of the lower level room i was originally assigned. The desk staff were younger and not very polite. The Shuttle driver I met the next morning was very kind! But his drivers seat was broken and he was using a personal pillow just to make it more comfortable. It just seemed like the typical HUGE business with overworked or undercared for employees running things and having the excuse of things being out of their control. Breakfast was awesome! The room was clean! Overall I would stay again but Expedia should be more clear about the shuttle service directions. "
