The beds were very comfortable and they had lots of pillows which I like! Staff was friendly and it was in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and activities!

there was someone else's nasty Kleenex tucked behind the back of the sofa bed at checkin. We stayed 3 nights and the housekeepers never did see it to remove it. The staff is always unaware of the presence of the guests because they are always on there cell phones or gathered together chatting while there are many guests in the lobby and dining room area.

Internet speed was slow with buffering while doing email. Also on a Friday night at 2:45am very low group out in the parking lot. Had to call the front desk to ask they handle the issue. Seemed to get better in 30 minutes.
