A charming, updated, well appointed home in a super location... literally a 3 minute walk to both Odell's and New Belgium Flagship Breweries and a 10 minute walk to Old Town Fort Collins.

Home is a One Bedroom, one bath home with air conditioning and heat. There is a nice size office, mudroom, detached 1 car garage (most ideal for storing bicycles) and plenty of patio and on-street parking as well.

Cozy and very comfortable

Location, location, location...just blocks from old town and also the breweries. The host has thought of just everything and I thoroughly enjoyed my month stay. Kudos to the host! Thank you!

We enjoyed our long term stay at this property. Good amount of amenities. The yard is pet friendly and the area affords many opportunities to walk, bike and get to know Fort Collins.

Stay in the Brewmuda Triangle

This is a great, funky little old home with modern updates. The location in Fort Collins is awesome! You can walk to all the best breweries including New Belgium, O'Dell's and Sweetwater. There is a nice park a block away, The Poudre River trail is right there and you can walk to Walmart or Home Depot. Beautiful downtown Fort Collins is also just blocks away. The location is great and the house had everything we needed. Jeff the host was also very responsive to any needs. Great stay!
