Everything was great except our tv remote never worked even after asking for help at the front desk. Kids were sad we couldn't watch a movie. Clean, quiet, nice hotel for the night.

The room was amazing. The two negatives for me were: 1. the pillows were so soft I felt like I was being suffocated. There should be an option for different pillows. 2. They only had one bike in the gym compared to three treadmills, and of course, the one bike was broken.
