MOBILITY & ACCESSIBILITY: Please be aware that this is a multi-level home. Entry requires climbing stairs, all bedrooms are on the third floor, and the game room and laundry are in the basement. All showers are located in bathtubs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: The home includes a pack 'n play, a booster chair, and children's books and toys. However, the space is not fully kid-proof, so please supervise children, especially around the stairs.

OUR HOME: Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We do our best to address any issues promptly, but there is no one living on-site.

SECURITY: For your protection, this property is equipped with two Ring cameras with audio capabilities on the exterior. They record the street, property entrance, front lawn, front parking space, and the back alley/driveway. These cameras do not have visibility into any interior spaces.

This is our favorite place to stay in FortCollins! It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Every amenity imaginable was thoughtfully provided. Extra towels and tp? Yep! Fully stocked kitchen with spices and multiple coffee/tea makers ? Check! Extra blankets, lots of pillows and comfy bed? Check and check! It was evident that the hosts (Abby is amazing btw!) truly put a lot of thought into making their home both welcoming and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and the little yard and patio was also just what we needed. The house was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great and the game room was a huge hit! Communication with the host was excellent, responsive and very helpful. Wonderful home base during a softball tournament

This lovely home was the perfect home base for my family when we traveled to the north Denver area for a softball tournament. This was the first time I’ve flown and stayed at an vrbo. For prior stays, I pack bags of essentials to get us through our stay. That was absolutely not needed here. You could tell the owners take really great care to make their guests have a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and well kept-the house looked pristine and tastefully decorated. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There were enough basics (trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc) to get a us through a whole week. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided smelled lovely and it was a nice touch to provide for their guests. The kitchen had all the essential gear needed to cook simple meals. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit on days we came home early from the fields. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 75m away and it was 30 to the softball fields in Loveland. Lots of grocery stores within a short 5m drive. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The host, Abby, was always quick when I asked a question and checked in with me to send me reminders throughout our stay. The game room and washer/dryer are downstairs in the basement. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. We will definitely return!

Cute little home!

Loved all of the little touches that the family included (super soft towels, very comfortable mattresses, clear and concise instructions for check in/out). The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and I really enjoyed/appreciated their binder that included places to eat and enjoy close by! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great location, comfortable, clean, fun house.

Well stocked with higher end necessities and luxuries in kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the basement games and the backyard fire pitand the record player. Beds were very comfortable. We walked to New Belgium Brewery and to the Whitewater park.
