It was a good value compared to other hotels in Fort Collins. Nice that they have free breakfast. Decent sized and clean room with fridge and microwave. Yeah, it's a very dated property.

Hotel is significantly out of date. Bedding seemed more up to date, but mattress and carpeting was VERY worn. Room window was open with AC on. AC was blowing cold air that had an almost unpleasant smell.

It was not in a nice area & when I went to get water in the breakfast area it was 8:45, in a not nice voice I got this area is closed. Some lights would not turn on. The AC worked but made this awful scraping noise noise.

The property was easy to find. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Property itself needs some care. Old carpeting fraying and a tripping hazard. Bathroom wall around the shower needs attention. Many big dirty spots on the white walls. Needs a refresh badly. It worked for the two nights I stayed.
