This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter!
Clean nice home within walking distance to a lot of things in town! Had a wonderful selection of soaps, movies on dvd, board games, books. Couch beds were comfortable in the living room! A lot of items in kitchen for use- blender, coffee press and pour over drip coffee filter, popcorn maker, kettle and plenty of cooking/baking items. Nice size driveway and backyard. Floors were slick so we learned to not wear socks on them unless they have grips/non slip. They also had the best honey I have ever had which made me reach out to the company to find out if I could purchase some! We came to town to help our daughter move to Fort Collins and were very comfortable and happy with our stay! Hope to use often in the future when we come visit!
This was my second stay at this property. It's a very cute little house in the greatest location! So close to all the cool places downtown. The owner is great, very responsive and very friendly. I love having a washer dryer and she even added a desk in one of the bedrooms if you can't resist working on vacation.
Simple, no fuss spot that is walkable-close to old town...what more do you want? Great space for less than 4 people to share and enjoy everything around FoCo.
Perfect for me, my husband and my daughter. More than enough room. We stayed here for CSU move in week. Walked to Old Town and near Campus. Communication and check in excellent.
I recommend spraying home. There was a spider or 2 in the bathroom/bathtub everyday along with I think I killed several earwigs and other spiders around house. Just recommend getting home sprayed.
Also your neighbor tree that hangs in drive makes already small driveway smaller and harder to get in. I recommend getting that tree trimmed.
Otherwise horse was perfect for my small family. Thank you! We will stay again if we are in the area again.
An adorable house with plenty of space! Nearby to Old Town and in a very charming neighborhood. Plenty of linens and the space was clean! Nice extra touches with the amenities. Would recommend!
Loved the location! It is literally a few blocks away from the park, which is perfect for children. If you enjoy walking/bicycling the trails at the park are amazing as well.
This was a cute and clean little house very conveniently located to Old Town Ft.Collins. The property owner is pleasant and quick to respond. Would recommend staying here vs a high priced hotel without privacy.
The property was a great location from Old Town, CSU, and all the shops and restaurants. It didnât have the cozy touches that many VRBOâs have that we stay in, but it was all we needed for our stay. We appreciated the house.
We stayed a couple days prior to heading out to Estes Park for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 six year olds). The fenced in backyard was a huge bonus! The property was clean, well-kept, and had good wi-fi. Very convenient location to downtown, near some great parks and restaurants.
My daughter and I stayed at the house while attending CSU orientation. It was a short drive to campus and very convenient. The house was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms, a nice living area, small kitchen and dining area. We were happy with the house. The beds were comfortable. It was stocked with any necessities that we forgot. We loved the wooden floors in the house. The only issue we had was with the shower. The water had to be turned the whole way to hot and it just trickled out of the shower head. Other than this issue, everything else was great. It even had an AC unit in the window which kept the whole house cool. Would stay there again.
This is a great place to stay. You can walk/bike many places, huge kitchen, washer/dryer ror those on the road a while, and nice comfy bed. I would absolutely stay here again!
