This Bay View 3 Bedroom Suite has 1 King size bed in the Master Bedroom, 1

Queen size bed in the Second Bedroom, 2 Full size beds in the Third Bedroom,

plus an additional Queen sofa bed in living room (Sleeps 6 - Max 8). PLEASE

NOTE that there will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night for any

guests beyond 6 people. (This fee is not included in the booking total shown

and will need to be calculated and added manually when payment is collected

upon booking).

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Full Bathrooms & fully furnished with

everything you may need, including a Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

Resort Fee per day per reservation (not included in the total)

\- Daily Resort Amenity Fee of 35 USD per room per night plus 13% tax is

applied at the time of check-in.

The resort fee includes:

\- One Hour Bike Rental Complimentary

\- 6th Level Pool Access includes towels and chaise lounges (from Sun-up to

duty. (all amenities are based upon availability)

NOTE: This is not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at front

desk. There you will receive the electronic key and all the instructions

Valet Fees:

\- Overnight $38.00 plus tax

\- Staying 1-3 days $38/day plus tax per night per vehicle

\- Staying 7-13 days $20/day plus tax per night per vehicle

\- Staying4-7 days $25/day plus tax per night per vehicle

\- Staying 1 month $280 plus tax per month per vehicle



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Need a little extra time? We're happy to offer early check-in and late check-

out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for
