Located in Hollywood, this special place is nested in a tranquil area only steps to a beautiful stretch of beach and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.

Each room has its own private door to the outdoor making it ideal for 2 families.

You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

Please contact us for options should you have more guests than the limit for this unit.

You will have access to the entire place., including:

- 1 Queen beds, 2 Full beds
- 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.

Each room has a smart TV.

This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.

The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.

The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area. Smoking is also not allowed around the neighboring buildings or their property.

All common areas belonging to the neighboring buildings are private property and are reserved exclusively for their guests and residents. Please do not enter, sit, smoke, or use any of those areas at any time including their parking lot area.

The location was perfect. The room was neat and comfortable. I’m giving it only 3 stars because of the cockroaches. The problem was handled appropriately, but an inconvenience to our vacation nonetheless.

The host is great and the property is beautiful and on the beach we unfortunately encountered a lot of roaches and had to move rooms three times the first unit had roaches and the air conditioner barely worked . The host did give us another room to stay in after we told them about the roaches temporarily until another room opened up . The other building is extremely clean and nice it smells good and if we had been there the whole trip I would be giving a perfect rating I will say all 3 units air conditioners couldn’t keep up during the day time but otherwise I love the property and the attentive staff! I just wish the roaches weren't present as it really made the trip miserable
