The Neighborhood:

We are situated in the Old Pompano neighborhood which is primarily residential, offering a quieter atmosphere than some of the more commercial areas of Pompano Beach. There are several local shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance or a short drive and the coastline is just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The house is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking is not permitted

- Please refrain from moving furniture

- Please don’t flush items that could clog toilets

- Avoid putting grease down the sink

- Pets allowed for a fee and w/ approval from hosts

- Parties are prohibited

- No commercial photography

Property was very clean, close to the community park and amphitheater. Kitchen and main bathroom have been updated. Second bathroom, although functional, was tiny, comparable to an rv size bathroom. Blinds are broken, and bbq is rusted and unusable. Check in and communication with host was great. Suited our needs for being close to family in area.

We had a great and relaxing time during our stay for 10 nights the end of April and beginning of May this year. The house is adorable and the location is perfect, the beach is less then five minutes away by car and there are tons of Restaurants in the area. We really liked that one of the rooms off the kitchen is a bedroom with a bathroom that is great for privacy. The backyard was perfect for our furry kids, it is completely fenced with lots of room for them to run. The neighborhood is awesome and a great place to walk your furry kids as there are tons of other furry kids out on walks. We will definitely be back this summer and can't wait, and a big thanks to the owner for making this a wonderful experience by always communicating right away and showing that he generally cares about making sure that guests have the best experience during their stay, we definitely rate this a 10/10.

The property is in a good location and is modernly updated. We had some pretty serious issues on check in, but the host was responsive and things were taken care of as promptly as possible. However, had the property been checked prior to it check in, everything could have been avoided. We asked for a partial refund and did eventually get that. This may have been a one-time fluke with this property. As mentioned, the location is great and the house itself is very comfortable.

The property was okay for what was needed - a place to stay during a work training trip. TV remote was hidden under the tv and did not function properly. Had to go buy a universal remote. Don’t plan on grilling. The bottom is rusted out and not all burners work. Every set of blinds in the house are messed up. But it’s an affordable place to stay.
