No body wash in dispenser, beds were uncomfortable, coffee maker had old coffee poured in the water dispenser. Restaurant food was not great and the only waitress was over worked and stressed. It was chaotic trying to get a shuttle since it didn’t fit everyone who was waiting. Driver was nice however. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in was after 3:00 pm. Manager said the hotel was sold out on Saturday and thats why we were shy of 56 minutes late to being checked into room. I would avoid this location at all costs. We were never offered a beverage or an apology.

Poor communication in general. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE!! We called as we were told to do and we were told that they were on their way. 30 mins later the shuttle guy called and told me he was pulling in. I was told by hotel staff that it would say Cambria on the side. It didn’t. An hour later we call the hotel and they say he is on his way and they have no clue what we need to look for van wise. We waited almost 2 hours total to get shuttled back to the hotel from the airport. We get inside to check in and there is a huge line. One person on the computer and one checking people in. Worst experience in my life after a long day of flying!
