The Space:

The house is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, Pets are allowed, max 1 for stay and it has a $300 pet fee , no loud noise or loud music outside after 10PM.



No more than 15 adults or including children at the house at all times.

Modern home featuring, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. One bedroom located on the first floor, the other 3 are located on the 2nd floor .

1- Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV, access full Jack and Jill bathroom.

2- Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and one single size futon, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom.

3- Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BED, and access to a full Jack and Jill bathroom.

4- Bedroom with a TWO QUEEN SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a full shared bathroom.



Kitchen:



Soft closing cabinets, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, , waffle maker, air frier, Keurig coffee maker.



Bathrooms:



All bathrooms include plenty of towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper, 1 bathroom in first floor with shower the other 2 bathrooms are upstairs.



Laundry room:



Located on the First floor, available for your use, iron, iron board.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



Other Things to Note:

There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.-

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.



- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
