Charged $174 days after checking out. Staff said it was a mistake but I made sure it wasn’t by continuous calling and making sure everything was good. They just thought I wouldn’t catch it. Still waiting on deposit weeks after booking.

The hotel was nice overall, but the bathroom was dirty. I paid fully on hotels.com, but the desk charged my card at check-in and I assumed it would go away after checking out, but it remained on card. After fully paying on hotels.com ahead of time, the front desk charged the full rate on my card again.

Péssimo. Banheiro sujo , as condições horríveis , havia avisado que ué chegaria às 3 pm cheguei às 4:15 não tinha quarto tivemos que esperar 1 hora para conseguir um quarto . Os lençóis aparentavam está sujo , a pia estava entupida . Não recomendo

The bathroom door would not close. The ac in the hallways was not working. My rental car was flooded in the parking lot due to the rain on Sunday night. The elevator and hallways were never cleaned while I was there.

The room was a bit untidy. I noticed some dirt was in the floor behind the night stand. Also, heavy poor of rain can cause flooding problems at the hotel. Making it hard to leave or enter the hotel.
