The clerk , named Agustin , according to him , was a terrible one . After we were given a wrong room , he said “ there was nothing he could do to fix the mistake “ ,…. But to be honest , the manager came down , after our request and fixed the problem.

The property was not clean in the room and at the pool area for two days, I cool used the pool because someone decated in the pool, and was my porpouse of my trip, I should need reembolse. The bed close was terrible, etc.

The location of the property is awesome, in front of the ocean and in the walk way. We have been visiting the hotel for thirty years. Special recognition to Gilbert at the front desk and Sammy from the security personnel.
