Not happy with the surprise 22 dollar parking fee. It should have been disclosed. I will be using a different hotel and travel service in the future

Dear Steven, Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns. I apologize for the troubles you encountered through your stay with us with the self-valet parking fee. However, your comments and concerns allows us to pinpoint and address these concerns further and help better our service and image of our brand and hotel. The parking details should be listed on Expedia's website as well as the pricing rates have decreased from last year and we now offer our guest to self-park as before we only had valet. I have forwarded your comments and remarks to the members of my management team. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts we will review our terms with Expedia as well.
