Pour le studio c’était bien, mais les travaux extĂ©rieurs Ă©taient un peu dĂ©solant. M. Bob nous avais averti des inconvĂ©nients. La plage est magnifique, on a adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. M. Bob Ă©tait facile d’accĂšs. Nous y retournerons

TrĂšs beau studio prĂšs de la plage!

Le studio est bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre et confortable. On traverse la rue et on est sur la plage. Assez prĂšs des restaurants et boutiques. Le lit et le futon sont trĂšs confortable. La cuisine est assez bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le seul point nĂ©gatif selon nous a Ă©tĂ© la tempĂ©rature de la douche, c'est soit trĂša froid ou trĂšs chaud, il n'y a pas d'entre deux. Toutefois j'imagine que c'est un problĂšme de bĂątiment plutĂŽt que du logement. Sinon nous sommes extrĂȘmement satisfaites de notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons adorĂ©!

AMAZING LOCATION

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my son. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Robert was great at communication and was so helpful! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!!!

Great location for a great beach!

Clean apartment, with improvements coming to the adjacent building. No parking issues when leaving to explore the area. Property owners were very quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival. Definitely recommend a stay at this location.

No better location in Southeast Florida

My wife and I had a great stay here. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners on the day we arrived as they were there checking another unit and we happened to meet in the parking lot. They were very friendly and even showed us another unit they have in the same complex that is a bit bigger. This place is a bedroom with a small bathroom and kitchenette(EXACTLY as described) and we knew that going in but the other unit has a second living room area. My wife and I were only staying 4 nights and what we reserved worked perfectly. However, if we chose to stay a longer time it would be nice to consider the larger space. Anyhow, this is legit a few hundred feet from the Broadwalk(that's how it's spelled) and the beach. Was very clean and check in was super easy. The host even let us come a little early even though they had a guest staying right up to the day we arrived. This was a nice gesture as parking in this area is tight, can quickly add up and most people coming arrive early. Or at least we usually do. This VRBO is exactly as described, a very quiet location and as a bonus even though my wife was concerned about the murphy bed she commented several times that the mattress was the most comfortable of any places we stayed. I had to open the protector to see what brand since she may want one herself! Sealy!!! Definitely recommend this spot for a solo traveler or a couple that doesn't need a lot of extra space. Just there like us, enjoy the beach and nightlife then sleep.

Awesome stay

The property was in the perfect location. Literally steps from the boardwalk and beach + so much more. I took this trip with my 13yr old daughter and we both loved it. The host was amazing as well. We look forward to coming back.

Clean place, 150 steps to the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay! The place is small, but it was just the two of us and only in the room to sleep! Great amenities. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, books for reading and all the items you would need to cook in if you so desired. Would go back.
