We love this place alot, we enjoy the pool area, the casino, the restaurants, etc. We go there at least twice a year, however the past two times we have stayed at the guitar tower the guests next door have been extremely loud since 3am, they had loud music playing, laughing, drinking disturbing our piece and quiet. Mind you, this hotel is not a cheap place to stay at, I don’t find it fair to pay over $400 per night and not be able to rest, the front desk didn’t help much other than only waive $45 resort fee and we are regular customers. For that reason I don’t give this hotel a 5 star review.

From the moment we arrived, the staff and bellmen were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an absolutely incredible suite, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The suite itself was pure luxury, a perfect blend of rock-star vibe and modern comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably designed, and had that signature Hard Rock flair with stylish decor and top-notch amenities. The shower was a dream—think rainfall perfection—and the separate dressing area added such a thoughtful touch of convenience. But the real showstopper? The bathtub. It was massive, relaxing, and honestly made me never want to leave. Every detail of the room screamed quality, from the plush bedding to the stunning views. The entire experience was elevated by the outstanding service. The staff anticipated our every need, and the bellmen were quick, courteous, and made checking in and out a breeze. Whether you’re there for the casino, the vibe, or just to soak in the luxury, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino delivers on every level. I’m already counting down the days until I can return to this rock-and-roll paradise! Highly recommend!
