DO NOT STAY HERE!! It’s disgusting. My first room flooded from the above room. The second room I wouldn’t let my dog stay in. Rust on everything. Walls are crumbling. Sheets had holes. Chair was literally sticky. This place should be removed from Travelocity. It is thee worst hotel I’ve over seen. Oh yeah there is definitely people selling drugs out of the back rooms. I saw 6 cars go into a room for 5 min then leave. Luckily I Travelocity was able to get a full refund for me & I slept in my truck. Not ideal but it was clean and safe

The hotel it looks ordinary hotel in the picture but once you , see it in person is different story let’s start from the pool the color is green pool color supposed to be blue. It seems like haven’t been cleaned for years. There is no free breakfast they said it’s been closed for a while, toilet paper is by request only and the list goes on and on…Terrible hotel

A bygone era motel. words: cruddy, deplorable, neglected. Interior rooms are atrocious with ceilings with black mold, flaking pealing paints walls and bathtub, rusty light fixtures, sagging bed mattress, ripped drapes, no hot water in one of the rooms I stayed in before I made them move me to another room. Thank goodness the A/C worked. But, considering it was a non-smoking room; We still smelled smoke through the vents and cracked entry door. The breakfast was limited bagel, toast, hard boiled egg, cereal & coffee. The staff was okay. Overall experience was negative. I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. We paid good money and felt cheated. what a great disappointment!

This hotel is in poor condition. It seems ok from the outside, but rooms have missing light bulbs, ripped furniture, burned out lights, etc.

Dirty very dirty. Rude staff at check-in Room trauma was as follows 1.door did not lock properly there was a 2 inch gap on door and frame 2.blood spots on ceiling 3. Microwave dirty 4.rusty Lamps and stained lampshades 5. Excessive amounts of dirt on floor and corners 6. Furniture in poor and broken condition 7. Mold in bathroom 8. Tub and shower walls paint peeling. 9. Air vent filter covered in dust and not changed 10. Foreign long hair in sheets Do not recommend do not stay here it’s a trap house. I have photos of room if requested

This property was very disappointing. I booked a room at this property expecting to be comfortable in my room with properly working heat since it was so cold outside. When I walked into the room the temp was 63. I turned on the heat to 70. The room temp dropped to 60 and never rose to a comfortable temp. Which caused me to take the concern to the front desk, which in turn they handed me a portable heater in order to heat a bedroom and bathroom. This is ridiculous. If management is aware of any situations that are going to hinder a guest from having a comfortable experience, they should be informed at checkin. I was extremely unhappy with the way that this was handled. I demand a refund.
