The room was not in good condition. It was very small, very dated, bathroom was tiny. Nowhere to put your suitcase. The location however was amazing and when you are going to the beach I guess that is all that matters. The ladies in the office were amazing too.

Overall not a terrible place to stay. Definitely needs a lot of upgrades. The air conditioner unfortunately was very loud and would turn on every 10 minutes and it sounded like a motorcycle rubbing. You're not able to control the temperature either. So it was very hot in the room.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is very old and there is not parking. Private lots charge crazy rates and the city street parking is not great. If you get a ticket you cannot get another 24 parking pass online, its blocks you out. Parking garage 5 blocks away is your best bet.

Location is great, picked it because of proximity to Le Tub Room was dated but smelled and looked clean. AC did not stay on, but it was only for one night before going to the port for a cruise, so it worked. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were nice however the Wi-Fi at least in my room was poor and a TV was pretty small for the size of the room and how inexpensive TVs are nowadays

Staff were very nice. Rooms are clean. The place is a bit dated, but maintained. Very small room. We had a lot of luggage, as we were going on a cruise and there was hardly any space to move around. The refrigerator door opens backwards and there's a table in the way, making it very awkward to use. There's only one person running the office, so if they need to go do something, the door is locked until they return. Location is excellent!
