This gorgeous north end property is directly across the street from the beach and is within walking distance to Margaritaville, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Completely remodeled in 2024, all new inside and out, Seahabilitate is the perfect retreat for a stunning and relaxing beach vacation!

If you want to bike around the island, bicycle and scooter rentals are just down the street! If you bring your own kayaks or wave runner, a public launch is 200 yards from the front door. Regardless of how you want to explore the island, Seahabilitate puts you in the heart of the action!

Double entry doors lead to the large vaulted ceiling and vibrantly colored great room. Seahabilitate has beach decor will help you relax and get onto island time! The great room is open to the kitchen with gorgeous counter-tops and newer appliances. The kitchen is appointed with all the cook and dish ware, along with cutlery, you will need to prepare your own special meals. There is also a gas grill outside for your use.

Sharing the great room is the dining room with seating for 6. A breakfast bar provides seating for additional guests. The living room boasts a large flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating to relax after a fun day at the beach. Seahabilitate offers high-speed WiFi for your use.

This home offers 3 bedrooms; a King bed master ensuite with a gorgeous airy shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull out trundle bed. Seahabilitate's second bath sits between the other two bedrooms, with full bath/shower.

Back down the stairs, you can enjoy your own private heated pool with another outdoor dining area. The pool area includes lots of lounge chairs for soaking up some rays. When you decide to venture across the street to the beach, you will find beach wagons, new chairs, coolers, tent awnings, and beach and pool toys for your use. There is also an additional refrigerator located in the pool storage room.

Seahabilitate has a washer and dryer and 5-star hotel linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. You simply can't find a more ideal home and location to enjoy all of Fort Myers Beach and Margaritaville! Make Seahabilitate your vacation retreat! We have tried to provide everything you need to unwind, relax and Seahabilitate!

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.

The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

We absolutely loved this rental home ! We have stayed for over twenty years all around Fort Myers and we really enjoyed this home. The location is what originally drew us in however the accommodations were fabulous ! The decor was beautiful yet very comfortable, the fully stocked kitchen, the open floor plan and outside living areas served us well. We loved the proximity to the area’s restaurants and entertainment. This will definitely be a priority to rent again .

Beautiful home with everything we need

This home was beautiful, clean, and had a very well stocked kitchen. There is a grill outside, which was perfect for us! The view from the balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. All the beach toys and chairs were very convenient and an added bonus!

Amazing!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was amazing! The home has everything you need and the view is superb! Great location for shopping and dining as well! We are owners at EIBC that was swept away by hurricane Ian and this home was a great place for us to enjoy our home away from home! We will definitely be staying here again! Great host!!

We stayed for a week for our family Spring break and absolutely loved it! The house was super clean, well maintained and well stocked for our needs. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large deck and the pool was great for cooling off. The location was fantastic! The beach was a 4 minute walk across the street and the host provided chairs, a wagon and umbrellas that were so nice and appreciated. We frequently made the 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in town. We made many memories during our stay and hope to be back! This house was a gem!

Beautiful Home steps from the beach

Absolutely loved this beautiful home just across the street from the beach. This home had everything we needed! The lovely kitchen was well equipped. Home decor was beautiful and comfortable for our two families. We loved the pool and all the beach chairs/toys and especially the gorilla cart to easily wheel it all down to the sand! We spent many evenings sitting out on the porch watching the sunset. We loved this house and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful house with great location

The property was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. Easy walk to the beach. Everything worked. Pool was clean and warm. Outdoor living room was great. It would be hard to sleep comfortably more than 6. The couch does not fold to a bed. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This home is perfect for a family vacation. This house well stocked with all of your needs from board games to pool and beach items. We loved having coffee on the porch, floating in the pool every afternoon, and going to the beach which is just steps away. This house is in the perfect location and we can't wait to come back again soon!

This is the perfect family home. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you could need. The washer and dryer are a nice bonus too. This home is very close to the beach and has all the beach gear included. Kids loved the private pool too.
