The great:1. The Location was awesome, supermarket 1 min away, bus stop for winter park 3 min walk. Garage parking was great in the winter. 2. The property - very well maintained and beautiful. Comfortable beds and fun shuffleboard and air hockey for the kids. Fun games and a good kitchen space. The only mild thing to note - train runs about 50 yards from the front of the house. Means if you are a light sleeper like me you may get awoken at 4 am or anytime a train goes past. Other than that great time and place!

Fun House

The house is conveniently located near the Safeway Grocery Store and is an easy 15 min drive to Winter Park Resort. The ski resort shuttle bus stop is also nearby the house. The kids loved playing air hockey and shuffleboard downstairs and the hot tub felt amazing after skiing. The only issue we had was that the washer wasn’t working during our stay and the management team failed to notify us at check in that the part was unavailable to repair the washer during our stay. They did apologize and come get the wet laundry I was attempting to wash and returned it clean and folded. The house layout is excellent with the master bedroom being upstairs for added privacy. The beds were comfortable too! We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great Place

The place was very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of games there although the 2 arcade games would not turn on they did have air hockey and shuffleboard which was nice. Highly recommend the house. We did not have heat at one point so we called and the gentleman came in 5 minutes to fix it which ended up being a power outage the night before that triggered the radiant heater to turn off. Place is well taken care of and will be our place of choice when we come back!

Wonderful!

The house was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The views from all the windows were amazing. The location was great with both Winterpark and Grandy nearby. It was very easy to access. The kids loved the downstairs playing area and the backyard was perfect for building a snowman and sledding. We were all very sad we had to leave and hope to return in the future.
