The residence can host up to 12 guests and presents a charming cabin ambiance, situated on a secluded, wooded acre that provides stunning views of the continental divide. It is common to spot deer, elk, and even moose nearby. The property is perfectly located just five miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort, two miles from downtown Winter Park, and is conveniently positioned on the free town shuttle route.
Experience the comfort of this High Mountain Retreat, located just minutes from Winter Park Resort in Fraser, Colorado. This delightful mountain vacation home features 3,100 square feet of modern living space, making it perfect for large families and groups. With three levels, four master suites, five bathrooms, a moss-rock wood-burning fireplace, a gas grill, laundry facilities, two fully-equipped kitchens, two private decks, and a spacious backyard for outdoor activities.
The main level showcases an open floor plan with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living room that creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the large leather sectional by the fireplace, and enjoy movies, games, or your favorite TV shows with WIFI access. The dining area acts as a divider between the living and kitchen areas, providing ample seating at the large table and additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with tiled flooring, new countertops, custom wood cabinets, and modern appliances.
Sleeping arrangements include two master suites with king-size beds, two additional master suites with queen beds, and a bunk room featuring three sets of bunk beds. The bunk room is equipped with flannel sheets for winter stays and cozy bedding for the rest of the year.
The lower level features a second living room with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks and beverages, as well as a full-size pool table and TV for entertainment. This level also includes a queen master suite with a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Included amenities: Free Wi-Fi, a billiards table, a private deck, a secluded outdoor backyard, accommodations that welcome pets, a washer and dryer, a gas barbecue grill, a wood-burning fireplace, no air conditioning, and conveniently located on the free town shuttle route.
Guests will also have access to Club Meadow Ridge, which is located just 2 blocks from the house. The clubhouse passes will permit only 8 individuals to utilize the clubhouse at any given time. The clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness facilities, a sauna, a locker room, coin-operated laundry, racquetball courts, and tennis courts available during the summer.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. The Homeowner Association regulations do not allow smoking on the premises, and a fine of 200 per day will be imposed on guests who violate this rule.

Great spot for a family

Great house to celebrate the 4th of the July with the family. Kids loved the firepole, secret loft and access to a really fun clubhouse and amentity space. Adults and teens loved the pool table. Enough kitchenware to feed an army. The only negatives are that the house could use a better bluetooth speaker and the grill is in really rough shape.

Perfect for a bigger group

We had a wonderful weekend at the Fraser Vacation home. The kitchen is well stocked and has enough for serving many people. There was a large table to eat at and a great space/table for doing a puzzle. There are some little things that could be repaired but nothing major. Everything we needed worked great. There were lots of pillows and blankets. It was a great weekend. I put my overall rating as a 4 because the house is a little dated. But it was really great for our weekend of 3 families and dogs. Thank you very much for having us.

Overall, the house was very comfortable for all. We were very disappointed in the outdoor space as the grounds had not been cleared or mowed. You really couldn't walk around because the grasses, weeds were very tall and had not be cleared or mowed in quite some time. The windows in the house did not work well at all, very hard to open and close. I am not sure we would stay there again unless some of these issues were resolved ahead of time.

No surprises.

This property was plenty big and had lots of bathrooms. The family area has a great couch to gather and sit on to watch movies, sports etc and the pool table in the basement was great plus. My two complaints are that one of the main bedrooms can only be accessed through the bunk room which meant my husband and I had to walk through the kids room in the morning to get upstairs. Not a big big deal but not ideal. In addition- we have stayed at many properties in the area over the last many years at this price point. The kitchen in this unit needs some TLC and while the rest of the house measures up to the other homes we have stayed at the kitchen falls short. Upgrades were done in most (if not all) of the bathrooms and I believe a kitchen update is needed as well to stay at this price point.

Met Our Needs

We are a family of 7 with a senior and a baby. This house was okay - with a few issues. Pros: the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is residential but distanced. Great table for family meals. Plenty of bathrooms. Cons: The couch is peeling, which looks terrible, but also results in little black pieces falling off, not great for a crawling baby. The bedroom situation is awkward. You have to walk through the bunk room to get to the back bedroom. The towel bar in the bathroom of that back bedroom kept falling off the wall. There were a few shards of glass under the table when we arrived most likely missed by the vacuum. Lots of stairs. Our senior stayed on the main floor and it worked, but be aware this is more like a 3 floor townhouse, with 1 bedroom on the very bottom, 2 bedrooms and a bunk room on the middle and one bedroom on the main. The property managers are great to deal with, thank you to Pamela who was a great help.

We’ll set up for families

We had three families with six adults and six children, ages five and under. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, plus the upstairs master and basement master. Our vacation was great! We were able to enjoy the towns amenities like the YMCA where we were able to take our children horseback riding and we played miniature golf. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and we had plenty of room for everyone.

Great getaway

Clean, well stocked house on a nice property. Plenty of bedrooms for our four kids and friend. They loved the bunk room. Great living room with huge couch. Big dining room table for all of us to sit and eat together. This property is Just far away enough away from neighbors to feel like we had some privacy. I misread the email and got lost and didn’t get pick up the key like I should have. Carlos, at the front desk, was very helpful and patient with me. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that there was no room for trash in the dumpster outside so we had to keep it inside. I don’t think that was the property’s fault though. Apparently they share the dumpster and someone came and filled it one of the days we were there.
