Beautiful townhome in Fraser, CO available for vacation rental. This well maintained and attractive townhome features un-obstructed views of Byers Peak and the quaint town of Fraser. The balcony overlooks a large pond. You will be a short walking distance to the Winter Park Resort ski shuttle called 'The Lift', which is a free transit system that runs from 7:30am to 12 am, 7-days a week from Fraser to the base of Winter Park Resort. The townhome includes: 3 bedrooms plus murphy bed in living room, 3 full baths. Master suite has whirlpool tub. Washer and dryer in unit. Wifi and parking included. The townhome is a short walk to Safeway (with a Starbucks), shopping, bars, restaurants in downtown Fraser.

3-night minimum. Higher rates for X-mas week.
